We all need traffic, that’s our main wish and purpose when we do our first, second or what ever blog. But content means everything and good content makes you even more popular and attractive than you think. Having few posts  will not bring you regular readers, you must have permanent content. When you work daily you see the results at your traffic.
At first we all have no more than 10-20 visitors per day. After few months the search engines starts and help you and get you traffic from Google and also others search engines and so your traffic starts to rise.

Blog Design.
One advice for all websites builders. A good design won’t bring you traffic but your visitors will stay longer. It is know that no one will stay on a website if that blog’s layout and navigation is very annoying. So for start try and select a good theme for your blog.
The main idea is to have a blog that stands out from all other blogs, making your visitors to came back and back daily.
Your design should be very simple but complex at the same time, to allow the visitor to contact you from the first page and to navigate easy all over the blog. Try and have an about page and author photo, this is good for the contact with visitors. In that way the visitor know more about you, see your face and trust you and your content.

Unique Content.
For keeping the visitors try and have unique content. This is crucial for your promotion and traffic. Unique content means to be well written and useful at the same time. The original key is the secret, try and remember that.
A major mistake is to copy-paste content from other blogs into your own. That’s fatal. That for sure will kill your traffic. Try and write your own content in your own ideas and try to express your thoughts too.

Get links.
Having more links will bring you more traffic. The currency for blogs are the links, try and remember that. And how we do that and get links to our blog?
It is known that posts are linked back to many sites and being linked to heavy sites is good for you.
Better for you is to get links from other bloggers. Ask polite to do the same for you. The links section in a blog must be visited; there you can exchange your link.Try and google for more other link exchanging programs.

Take part to Conversations
If you have a comment for visitors can be very positive and so they might come back and leave comments. When you do blog comment leave your blog address because when the administrator is reading your post is well to know your own blog. Do not leave a poor comment, just to say that you have made a comment, it is very important to make good comment. In that case you will get more than visitors but possible friends.

Being in Blog Top Sites
Try and have your blog submitted to blog top lists like www.topblogsites.net, www.blogtopsites.com and www.top100bloggers.com this can bring you also traffic. Being submitted to these networks make your blog easy to find and search. It is very simple to sign up, all you have to do is just copy past some code , into your blog.

For traffic exchange take part to communities like BlogExplosion and BlogClicker.
For being a member to this blogs community is more simple, all you have to do is just sign up, add your blog to the member directory and start visiting other blogs. To earn “credits” for getting traffic exposure you need to visit other’s members blogs. Having enough credits makes your blog eligible for promotion. A graphic or a link to your blog will be shown on the main site in fellow member’s blogs. So that’s how you are find by other people.

 Technorati
One of the best traffic providers for blogs. When people search for blogs they can find you more easily there. Technorati will rank you upon the number of links from your blog from other sites. So when your rank is bigger easier to be find.
If you don’t have an account there, it’s time to make an account there now. After you setup your profile just add your blog there.

2.Create Categories: For a good content and not anything hard to navigate and confused try and have no more than 15-20 categories. Depending on what niche you are working on, we advice you to follow the line of your niche, so don’t have other categories besides your niche.

3. Submit an About Page : When you lunch a website it is very important that the visitors to know who you are. So About Page is very decisive in a website life. The bigger and expressive the About Page will be, the better your visitors will know you.

4.Customize Permalink Structure: Find a Permalink Structure and keep it. I have tested different Permalinks structures and the best results i get with this one:

NOTE: Remember that this Permalink will work on other site, but when you change your Permalik those links won’t work anymore, so don’t forget to keep this structure from the beginning.

5.Make a FeedBurner account for your blog: it is simple. This will show the rate visitors on the blog.

6.Install the FeedBurner FeedSmith plugin: The FeedBurner detects all kind of accessing your WordPress feeds and simply redirects them to the FeedBurner feed so you can track multiple subscribers.

7.Have your RSS button on your blog: You have the opportunity to choose a RSS button and put it on your blog linking your FeedBurner feed.

9.Have Google Sitemaps plugin Installed: For a reliable Blog you will have a plugin that will generate a sitemaps.xml that is compatible with Google, MSN, Yahoo, Ask.com.
